Apply light coat of spray oil to inside of mold. If adding fruits to the dish, decrease liquid by 1/4 cup. DO NOT USE FRUIT SYRUPS. Drain fruit. Before adding fruit, chill gelatin until thickened. To un mold gelatin, place container at room temperature for 15 minutes. Moisten top of gelatin and the serving plate before turning the mold upside down, on the serving plate, to avoid melting.
It slides better and you can place it in the center of plate.
