3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1/4 cup of canola oil
3/4 cup of Swerve or 1/2 cup agave nectar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fresh nutmeg, grated
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts

1. Stir banana, eggs, and oil. 2. Stir in, agave or Swerve, blending well. 3. Stir together flour, soda, and salt. 4. Add banana mixture and stir until moistened. 6. Stir in walnuts. 7. Pour into greased loaf 8 1/2 by 4 inch pan. 8. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 25- 30 minutes
