1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
2 eggs
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 medium ripe bananas
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well; add oil and beat. Add mashed bananas and set aside. In large bowl, put cake mix, oatmeal and coconut; blend in egg mixture until moist. Add raisins and nuts and drop by tsp. onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 10 - 15 minutes.
