1/2 chopped onion
1/2 celery, chopped
1/2 pepper, cho9pped
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1 t chives, chopped
2 t parsley, chopped
1/2 t worchestershire
1 t salt
1/4 t pepper
2 T olive oil
3 T wine vinegar
2 c tomato juice

To:
1/2 t worchestershire
1 t salt
1/4 t pepper
2 T olive oil
3 T wine vinegar
2 c tomato juice

Mix gently and refrigerate. Serve cold as appetizer or summer soup with sandwiches.
