Ingredients:  
1 20 oz can crushed pinapple, with juice
3 eggs
1 tbsp flour
11/2 cup sugar
4 slices dried bread
1 stick melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add sugar and flour. Add pineapple. Place in well greased casserole.
Cut dried bread into 1/2" cubes place over pineapple and pour melted butter on top. Bake 350º for one hour, or until set.
