Batter

6 eggs separated
6 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. cream of tartar

Toddy

1 shot of brandy
½ shot of rum
Water within ¾” of the top of mug


Directions:
Directions:
Beat 6 egg yolks till light and fluffy
Beat egg whites till hold peaks

Fold egg whites into yolks. Fold in dry ingredients

Tom & Gerry

In mug

Heat in microwave till hot (coffee hot)
Remove from microwave and add generous dollop of batter to top of brew.
Sprinkle top of batter with nutmeg.

Enjoy.
