5-6 MED. APPLES
1 OR MORE C. SUGAR
2 T. FLOUR
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. cinnamon
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingred. Beat eggs in cup and fill with cream or whole milk. Place apples in pastry lined pan until nicely filled. Cover with sugar mixture and then pour in the egg and milk mixture.
Set oven on 450 degrees but start baking at 350 degrees and continue until apples and custard is done.
*A fast cooking apple is not as suitable.
