6 Chicken Breasts On The Bone With Skin On
1 1/2 c. Onion - Chopped
1 c. Celery - Chopped
1 c. Carrots - Chopped
1 c. Frozen Peas
(3) Allspice
Chicken Broth
Noodles or Kluski

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breasts in soup kettle and cover with water. Add three (3) Allspice and chop up one (1) small onion.

Boil until tender when poked with a granny fork, about 20 to 30 minutes. Remove chicken, take off skin and separate meat from the bone then shred the white meat and return to soup kettle.

While chicken is simmering add Onion, Celery, Carrots and Peas then simmer until tender.

Add noodles or kluski just before serving, do not rinse.

You can add salt to taste when chicken is 1/2 done cooking. "If salt is added too early it will make the chicken tough".

If extra broth is needed, you can used canned chicken broth.
