1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
2 fresh limes (1/3 c. juice)
3 eggs
1 baked pie shell (cooled)
1 c. whipping cream and sugar to taste
1 T. rum or 1 tsp. rum extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beaten egg yolks, condensed milk and lime juice. Fold in beaten egg whites and put mixture into baked pie shell. Bake in preheated oven at 250º for 10 minutes. Before serving, whip cream with sugar to taste, add rum and spread over pie after cooled and refrigerated.
