2 cups biscuit mix
2/3 cup milk
2 cups ground ham
4 tbsp melted margarine
1 1/2 tsp prepared mustard

Sauce:
3 tbsp margarine
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup milk
2/3 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:

Make dough of biscuit mix and milk. Roll out in rectangle as for jelly roll. Spread with the combined ham, butter and mustard. Roll up, slice 1 inch thick slices and place in greased pan. Bake at 425 º for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with cheese sauce. Melt margarine and add flour and salt. Stir in milk and cook until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted. Serve on baked slices.
