4 or 5 bone-in or boneless pork chops
appx. 1/4 c. flour
thyme
poultry seasoning
pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can french onion soup or beef broth
1 onion sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, thyme, pepper and poultry seasoning in bag.
Add the pork chops and shake to coat.
Brown both sides of chops in small amount of cooking oil, and place sliced onions on top.
Mix broth with soup and pour over all.
Adjust seasonings as desired,
cover and simmer until chops are done, and onions are
tender.
Serve over egg noodles.

Sorry about the amounts. I don't have a recipe, I might have
made this one up (experiment with spices you like).
I do believe I had something very similar to this made
with the back strap of venison, and it was delicious.
