1 stick margarine (softened)
1 1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
8 oz sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
3 ripe bananas, mashed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine margarine, sugar, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Slowly add to wet ingredients, mixing after each addition until combined. Add bananas and stir. Spray bundt pan with non-stick spray. Pour batter into pan and bake at 350º for 50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Allow to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
