1 1/2 lbs sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled, and pureed
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter

Topping:
1 cup brown suagr
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients together and pour into a buttered pan. Mix topping ingredients well and crumble over potato mixture. Bake at 350º for 45 - 60 minutes or until well set.
