8 half boneless chicken breasts
pkg. Swiss cheese slices
1 can cream of chicken soup
Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing
1/4 cup white cooking wine (or dry white wine)
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
In casserole, place boneless chicken breasts. Then put
Swiss cheese slices on top (cover entire casserole dish) Mix
1/2 bag of herb stuffing w/ stick melted butter in bowl. (I
usually do more stuffing and butter - because we like the
stuffing). In separate bowl, mix can of soup with wine. Pour
soup and wine over the cheese and chicken. Sprinkle stuffing
w/butter on top. Bake covered @350 for 45 minutes. Then
uncover and bake for 10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before
serving.
