2 cups milk
1/4 cup real butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 cup coconut, flaked or shredded.
3/4 sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick or other baking mix.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease 9" pie plate.
Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high
for 15 seconds. Pour into pie plate. Bake till knife inserted in center comes out clean.
50 to 55 minutes.
