1 chicken, cooked & boned
chicken broth
3 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup vegetable oil
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and salt. Slowly add eggs and oil to flour mixture blending to form a ball. Mix well. Place on a floured surface and roll out dough until very thin. Slice into strips about 1" wide and 2-3" long. Immerse dumplings into hot chicken broth. Add boned chicken. Cook slowly until dumplings are not doughy. (About 1 hour)
