1 cup 1% cottage cheese
1/2 cup light cream cheese
1/2 cup low fat sour cream
1/2 cup low fat mayo
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup minched parsley
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup skim milk
1 10 1/2 oz. can chicken broth
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
6 cooked lasagne noodles
3 cups cooked diced chicken
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter and add the flour and stir until bubbly. Stir in milk and chicken broth. Cook until thickened. Add add poultry seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix the first four ingredients together and then add the onion, bell pepper and parsley. Combine the bread crumbs parsley and paprika. Butter a 9X13 pan and layer 3 lasagne noodles, spread with 1/2 of cream cheese mixture, put 1 1/2 cups chicken on top of this and drizzle 1/2 of the gravy mixture over this. Repeat layers and top with the bread crumb mixture. Bake covered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes and uncover and bake the last 15 minutes.
