3 pints fresh mushrooms
10 slices bacon, crisped & crumbled
3/4 cup mayonnaise
Seasoned salt, to taste
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.

Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Mix mayo, crumbled bacon, onion, and salt. Generously stuff mushrooms with mixture & place in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over mushrooms and cover with foil. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes before serving.
