1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. lard or 1 c. butter
2 1/2 c. flour
3 eggs
1 c. milk
3 tsp. baking powder
vanilla

Pineapple Filling:
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c flour
small can pineapple
butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, lard or butter and vanilla together. Add dry ingredients and milk alternately. Bake at 350º until toothpick comes out clean. For pineapple filling combine all ingredients and mix well. Spread over cake.
