40-44 large marshmallows
8 T. maraschino cherry juice, reserved from drained cherries
3/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries, drain and reserve juice
1 29 oz. can fruit cocktail, drained well
1 20 oz. can crushed pineappple, drained well
1 20 oz. can sliced pineapple, cut into small tidbits
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. ginger ale
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped until stiff
3 dozen cupcake liners

Directions:
Directions:
In a double boiler melt the marshmallows and reserved cherry
juice. Let cool and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Stir the ginger
ale, mayonnaise, and fruit into the marshmallow mixture. Fold in
the whipped cream. Place cupcake liners into 3 muffin tins.
Spoon mixture into liners. Place muffin tins in freezer and freeze
until salads are firm. Just before serving remove liner from each
salad and invert on a salad plate over a leaf of lettuce.
