Boil 10 cups cubed potatoes.
White sauce:
1 qt milk
1 stick margarine
1 tsp salt
1.2 cup flour
1 lb velveeta cheese

Topping:
1 stick margarine
3 cups club crackers, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine and stir in crumbs until coated.
Combine diced potatoes and white sauce. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake 325º about 1 hour until bubbly and browned.
