2 lbs frozen hash browns
3/4 cups melted butter
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup sour cream
5 oz cheddar cheese grated
1 cup cream of chicken soup
2 cups crushed corn flakes

Directions:

Mix all ingredients but the corn flakes. Put in greased 9 x 13 pan, top with corn flakes. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350º.
