1 c raw peanuts
1 c sugar
1/2 c white corn syrup
1/8 t salt
1 t butter
1 t vanilla
1 t baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together in 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Microwave 7-8 minutes on HIGH, stirring well after 4 minutes. Add butter and vanilla after stirring. Return to microwave for 1-2 minutes. Peanuts will be lightly brown and syrup will be very HOT. Add baking soda and gently stir until light and foamy. When soda is added will harden quickly so pour into lightly greased cookie sheet. Let cool and break into pieces.
