2 pounds strawberries, hulled
1/4 to 1/3 cup sugar, depending on sweetens of the berries
1-2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
Extra strawberries, hulled.

Directions:
Cut berries in half or in quarters if they are large. Place in bowl and sprinkle with sugar, toss well. Allow berries to marinate for one or two hours to draw out juices. Remove berries from bowl and place in blender or food processor. Pulse or blend to desired consistency. Put accumulate juices in small saucepan and heat over mediums heat until liquid is reduce and syrupy. Cool. Add to berries and stir. Add Grand Marnier. For a chunky sauce, add the extra berries and serve.
