1 package baby Brussels Sprouts (1 2/3 lb.)
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in a large skillet. Saute sprouts and onion in margarine for 5 minutes. Add lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Saute mixture for an additional 2 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer mixture for 5 minutes or until sprouts are tender. Place sprouts into service bowl and cover with cheese.
