1 1/2 lb. turkey meat or ground beef
1 c chopped onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 (28 oz) can whole tomatoes in puree, undrained
1 (17 oz) can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 (4 oz) can green chilies, undrained
2 c water
2 envelopes instant chicken-flavored broth
2 t chili powder
1 bay leaf
3 small zucchini, sliced
Premium Crackers, unsalted tops

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, cook turkey or beef, onion ad garlic until meat is browned, drain off fat. Add tomatoes, corn, chilies, water, broth, chili powder and bay leaf. Cover; simmer 20 minutes. Add zucchini; simmer 5-10 minutes more or until zucchini is tender-crisp. Serve with Premium crackers. If using ground beef for meat, substitute beef broth for chicken broth.
