2 8 oz.pkgs light cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup light sour cream
1 pkg (1.4 oz) vegetable soup mix
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
crackers or Melba rounds

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Blend in soup mix, water, and pepper. Line a small bowl with plastic wrap. Spread cream cheese mixture onto prepared pan. Cover. Chill 2 - 3 hours or until firm. Unmold onto serving platter. Serve with crackers. Makes about 2 3/4 cups.
