1 cup sifted flour
5 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs beaten
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 c sifted flour
1/4 tsp salt
3 cups chopped rhubarb
Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour, powder sugar and 1/2 cup butter. Press lightly into 9" pan, bake 350º for 15 minutes.
Mix eggs, sugar, flour salt and rhubarb. Spoon into crust and bake for 35 - 40 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
