oil for deep frying
1/4 C Butter
1/4 C hot sauce, louisiana
1 dash ground black pepper
1 dash garlic powder
1/2 C flour
1/4 t. paprika
1/4 t. cayenne pepper
1/4 t. salt
10 chicken wings

Directions:
Directions:
1. In small bowl, mix flour paprika, cayenne and salt. Place wings in large glass bowl and sprinkle flour mixture over them and evenly coat. Cover dish & refrigerate 60-90 mins.

2. Combine butter, hot sauce, black pepper and garlic powder in a small saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and reserve for serving.

3. Heat oil to 375º and deep enough to cover wings. Fry coated wings 10-15 mins or until brown. Remove from heat, drain on paper towels and then mix with sauce.
