2 c. water
1 c. long grain rice
2 tbsp. margarine or cooking oil
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 package onion soup mix
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (ground fine or to taste)
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water and margarine to boil in a medium sauce pan. Add onion soup mix, soy sauce, pepper and salt. Bring back to a boil and stir in rice. Boil 10 minutes; cover and simmer for 18-20 minutes. Fluff and serve - yum yum!
