Sauce
4 T Hoisin sauce
1 T water
1t tabasco sauce

3/4 lb ground pork
10 small water cheastnuts, chopped
1 scallion, chopped
1 egg
3/4 t salt
2 t soy sauce
1 t sugar
1/4t MSG
pinch of pepper
3 t cornstrch
1 t sesame oil
1 oz bamboo shoots chopped fine
30 wonton skins


Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ingredients for sauce and set aside.

Put all dumpling ingredients but wonton skins in large bowl and
mix well. Let stand 15 minutes.
Place a heaping teaspoon of filling in wonton skin and fold
diagonally. Seal edges and bring the bottom corners together.
Sprinkle with chopped carrots and steam for 20 minutes

Serve warm with sauce.
