1 16 oz pkg polksa kielbasa
1 lg onion, diced
3 stalks celery, fine dice (approximate 1 cup)
32 oz jar sauerkraut, drained
2 c grated carrot
1 12 oz bottle dark ale
1 32 oz box low sodium chicken broth
1/2 tsp caraway
2 14 oz cans diced tomatoes
pinch cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the kielbasa in a large stockpot until nicely browned (there will be brown bits in the bottom of the pan), add onion and celery and continue to saute until softened. Add carrot, sauerkraut, ale, broth, caraway, tomatoes and cayenne. Bring to a simmer for 30 minutes.
