1 qt. cherry tomatoes
1 medium green peppers, cut up
1 medium onion, cut up
2 medium japapeno peppers or hot red peppers
1 or 2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
Dash dried oregano, crushed
Dash of cayenne
Dash of cumin

Directions:
In blender container, food processor or food grinder, coarsley grind unpelled tomatoes. Add green peppers, onions, jalapenos, and garlic to tomatoes. Stir vinegar, salt, sugar into tomato mixture. Simmer uncovered over low heat for 25 minutes. Stir in oregano, cayenee and cumin. Store in refrigerator in a tightly covered container.
