3/4 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
salt
2 tbsp cream
1 can pineapple, drained
pecan halves
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 tsp. groun ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pan 13x9x2. Stir in sugar, salt, and cream. Arrange pineapple and pecans on top. Add ginger to cake mix and follow directions. Pour into pan on top of pineapple mixture. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 35-40 min. Cool slightly, invert on a serving tray, lift off pan and cool completely before cutting.
