1/2-1 lb ground pork (not sausage)
1 T oil (or just spray pot)
2 large onions, chopped
1 8 oz tomato sauce
2 can Rotel tomatoes/w liquid
2 large cabbage - cut in chuncks
salt, black and red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork in large pot; add onions, tomato sauce, tomatoes and simmer 10 min. Add cabbage and cook slowly until cabbage is tender (about 20-30 min). We like it thick, but more tomato sauce and water can be added to make it into Cabbage Soup.
