2 8-OUNCE BRICKS OF CREAM CHEESE
1/4 CUP OF MAYONNAISE
1/3 TSP YELLOW MUSTARD (FRENCH'S)
3 TO 4 TBSP GARLIC PASTE
2 FINELY CHOPPED SCALLIONS
1/4 CUP FRESH CHIVES (FINELY CHOPPED)
ZEST OF ONE LEMON
JUICE OF 1/4 WEDGE OF LEMON
1/4 TSP SUGAR
1 TSP SALT
2 TBSP FRESH DILL (FINELY CHOPPED)
1 TBSP FRESH PARSLEY (FINELY CHOPPED)
2 LEAVES OF FRESH THAI BASIL (FINELY CHOPPED) OPTIONAL
1 TSP FRESH ROSEMARY (FINELY CHOPPED)
FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER, ATLEAST FOUR TIMES OVER DIP, ENOUGH EACH TIME TO MAKE A GREY COATING ON MIXTURE.

Set out bricks of cheese atleast an hour before preparing the mixture. Mix mayonnaise, mustard and garlic paste together into the cheese. When well mixed, add all other ingredients.

*Pepper should be added atleast 4 times during the preparation of the cheese.

**Serve with flat pretzels.
