1 QUART OF MILK
3 EGGS (SEPARATED)
3/4 CUPS OF SUGAR
1/.2 CUP OF CORNSTARCH
PINCH OF SALT
2 TSPS VANILLA
2 TBLS BUTTER

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks and beat egg whites stiff. Melt butter, blend cornstarch, sugar and salt, gradually. Add milk gradually and heat to very hot. Remove from heat and stir in beaten egg yolks. Lower heat and stir constantly. When thick, fold in egg white and vanilla.
