16 slices white bread - trimmed and cut in half.
16 oz cheddar cheese grated
3 cups milk
1 lb ham diced or bacon or sausage browned and diced
6 eggs
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
In 9 x 13 pan layer bread, meat and cheese - repeat layer. Beat eggs, milk and seasoning together, pour over layers. Refrigerate overnight.
Take out 1/2 hour before baking and let stand at room temperature. Bake 40 minutes at 350º. Last 20 minutes of baking top with a mixture of 3 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter.
