3 lbs boiled and mashed sweet potatos
3 egg yolks - blended in
2 tbsp melted butter
1 cup milk

Fold in well beaten egg whites. Butter mold an place walnuts on top. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake 350 º for 45 minutes. Turn upside down 5 minutes, remove pan.
