BOIL SWEET POTATOES UNTIL TENDER. PLACE ON COOKIE SHEET OR IN COLLANDER TO DRAIN. MASH WITH BUTTER , HALF AND HALF OR CREAM TO TASTE THEN ADD MARSHMELLOWS AND WALNUTS KEEPING SEVERAL MARSHMELLOW FOR TOP OF CASSEROL AND BAKE @ 350 UNTIL MARSHMELLOWS ARE BROWNED.
