LILL'S FRITTER BATTER:

1 CUP OF FLOUR
1/4 TSP SALT
2 EGG WHITES BEATEN STIFF
1 CUP OF BEER
2 TSPS OIL

LILL'S CLAM FRITTERS:
24 CHERRYSTONE CLAMS (MINCED).
2 EGGS (LIGHTLY BEATEN)
1 CUP TOASTED FINE BREAD CRUMBS
1 1/.2 TSP MINCED PARSLEY
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

LILL'S FRITTER BATTER:
Make a well in center of flour. Pour in beer and oil in a steady stream stirring constantly. Put batter in a covered bowl and store in a cool place for 3 hours. Then stir batter and fold beaten egg whites into it.

LILL'S CLAM FRITTERS:
Mix all the above ingredients. When well mixed, store in a chilled place. Then dip in batter and fry in deep oil (350F) turning often. Cook until golden brown.
