12 cooked lasagna noodles
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. seafood chunks
1 pint ricotta cheese
1- 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
1 onion chopped
1 egg
Salt & pepper
1 tsp basil
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
1 cup chopped spinach (optional)

White sauce: makes 2 cups
3 T butter
2 T cornstarch
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Make white sauce by melting butter and stir in cornstarch, then slowly stir in milk to make a smooth white sauce. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Mix white sauce, seafood chunks, ricotta cheese, cream cheese, onion, egg, salt and pepper, and basil. Layer sauce mixture with noodles and spinach, covering each layer with shredded cheese. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
