2 Apples
2 T Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
Flour for dusting
1 pkg refrigerated biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Peel apples. Finely chop apples and place them in a medium bowl. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Stir half of cinnamon and sugar into chopped apples.
Roll each biscuit to about a 5" circle. Spoon apple mixture onto circles. Fold circles over and pinch edges to make half-moons. Place on baking sheet.
Brush pies with water and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar. Bake for 20 minutes.
