1/2 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c all-purpose flour
1 t sugar
1 1/2 t baking powder
1/4 t baking soda
1/4 t salt
2 1/2 T margarine, softened
1/4 c plus 3 T buttermilk
Vegetable cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt; cut in margarine using a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add buttermilk, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened. Turn dough out on a lightly floured surface; knead dough lightly 4-5 times.

Roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness, and cut into 2 inch circles using a floured biscuit cutter. Place biscuits on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400º for 10 minutes or until biscuits are lightly browned.
