3 T Earl Grey loose tea
6 c boiling water
1 c simple sugar syrup
1/4 c orange liqueur
1 bottle dry white wine, chilled
1 bottle domestic champagne, chilled

Brew tea 5 minutes, strain and chill. In a punch bowl, combine brewed tea, syrup, liqueur, wine and champagne. Garnish with halved strawberries, if desired.
