1 Tbsp. Black Pepper
2 Tbsp. Cumin
2 Tbsp. Chili Powder
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. White Sugar
1 Tbsp. Oregano
4 Tbsp. Paprika
2 Tbsp. Salt
3 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. Celery Salt
6 Chicken Breasts, boneless, skinless*

*Note: Recipe makes enough seasoning for 5-1/2 pounds chicken; you may store the remainder of the seasoning mix in an airtight container. Add 2 tablespoons seasoning mix in a large plastic bag. Add 6 chicken breast one at a time, coating chicken with seasoning. Let chicken sit for an hour. Grill on medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes for each side.
