3/4 C rice, cooked and cooled
6 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 large can Pet Milk
1 C regular milk
3/4 stick butter, melted
1 scant tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp.vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, sugar, Pet Milk, milk, butter, nutmeg, and vanilla.
Add rice and stir
Pour mixture into a buttered 8 by 11 pyrex dish
Sprinkle with nutmeg
Bake 350 (50 to 60 minutes)
