1/4 lb. bacon
1 small onion, diced
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can diced tomatoes
2 c. diced potatoes
1 tbsp. sugar
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. paprika
3 c. water
1 c. evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon into small pieces and fry slowly, careful not to burn. Add diced onions and cook for 5 minutes. Slowly add corn, tomatoes & potatoes. Add water and seasonings. Cook slowly until potatoes are tender. Remove from heat and slowly stir in evaporated milk.

Serve immediately.
