1 cup Cormeal
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 TBSP Baking Powder
1 egg
1 cup Milk
1/4 cup Shortening

Directions:
Directions:
C ombine 1st 3 ingredients...add egg and milk stirring til moisten.....Place shortening in pan...place in 425º oven for 5 minutes til melted...Remove and pour shortening into batter.....Stir....Pour into pan....Bake at 425º for 25 minutes
