2# bag of frozen hash brown potatoes
1/8 c minced onions
1/2 c melted margarine or butter
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup.
1 1/2 c milk
1 cup Velveeta cheese, grated
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º F. Spray 9" x 13" oven-proof dish.

Combine all ingredients except cheese. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake until bubbly and potatoes are done.
